About the Role:

The Dyson Associate Manager, Direct Inventory Ops & S&A Sales will be a single point of contact over Supply Chain 5 key areas; Inventory, Logistics, Fulfilment and Reporting/KPI's across all 5 Direct Sales channels. Along side the inventory this role will include oversight for S&A Sales through all Direct channels. This role works with a wide array of cross functional partners and US Leadership to ensure the Direct business delivers its financial plan.

Develop and manage relationships

  • Represent Dyson; demonstrate exemplary execution of Dyson principles.
  • Seek out decision makers and influencers to best manage the business. Create positive working relationships across all levels of their organizations. Problem solve issues to achieve profitable outcomes.
  • Establish and execute plans regarding fulfilment, supply and demand

Develop and manage relationships and processes with established customer team and internal business partners.

  • Work with Sales, Logistics, Supply, Logistics, Demand & Channel to ensure plans are supported

Develop joint business plans for all direct channels for S&A with a focus on ecommerce.

  • Seek consensus and approval from internal stakeholders for proposed plans.
  • Achieve sales, profit and inventory goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Analyze data and implement high quality solutions and actions to solve problems proactively.
  • Lead reporting of business results at the defined cadence, whether internally within the Direct team or with leadership for your respective categories.
  • Scope includes (S&A) leading the sales planning, operational and reporting cycle supporting all direct channels, inclusive of Dyson.com, DTC Marketplaces and Direct Retail across S&A (Spares and Accessories) sales.
  • Identify and communicate risks and proposed mitigating plans in the short (within month and quarter) and medium term (YTG, next quarter).

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
About You:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree required - Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics preferred
  • SAP/Anaplan/Kinaxis experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales and Supply Chain teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong aptitude for business math and numerical reasoning, and creative problem solving
  • Adaptable/flexible - able to multi task
  • Proven ability to positively influence buyers and management level decision makers to achieve customer business volume plan

Salary: $98,400-$123,000 annually + bonus opportunity
