Description
Inspects and performs all checkout and check-in procedures, reporting equipment condition before and after usage.
Role Specific Job Summary for Supply:
Duties include handling new merchandise and supplies intended for sale, as well as equipment available for rent.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions
• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
• Assists with routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment
• Assists with repairs, as needed
• Assists with equipment demonstration, loading, and unloading of equipment
• Maintains equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures
• Responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards, maintaining a safe and hazard free yard
• Maintains company equipment - keeps in good, clean, and orderly condition
• Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned
Role Specific Essential Functions for Supply:
• Pulls will call and customer orders for delivery
• Receives, handles, stores existing and incoming inventory shipments
• Assists in ensuring that there is sufficient inventory to meet organization needs
• Ensure that inventory is stored correctly, safely, and that yard space is used effectively
• Prioritizes and completes tasks to ensure team resources are used efficiently
• Follows proper operating procedures and standards
• Assists staff to ensure all yard activity is being conducted safely and yard cleanliness is meeting standards

• Regularly works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
• Noise level may be loud at times
• Exposure to small quantities of chemicals, steam, high-pressure water, and high-speed rotating equipment
• Significant time spent in confined spaces and high places.
