What You’ll Tackle
  • Set millwork: cabinetry, countertops, trim, wall panels, and casework to exacting specs.
  • Assemble and install fixtures: shelving, displays, and furnishings for complete floor sets.
  • Read and act on blueprints, shop drawings, and install plans to sequence work.
  • Install specialty items: bathroom accessories, wall protection, graphics, doors, hardware, and equipment.
  • Operate hand/power tools safely; maintain a clean, professional site.
  • Travel as part of a high-performing team across the Southeast.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in commercial carpentry, millwork, FF&E installation, or construction (preferred).
  • Ability to read tape measures and basic construction drawings.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Personal tool kit: drill, impact, circular saw, tape measure, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
  • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel for extended durations.
Pay & Perks
  • Competitive pay based on experience.

  • $30 per day Per Diem.
  • Mileage reimbursement of $0.40 per mile after the first 60 miles traveled.
  • Travel time paid at state minimum wage after the first hour of travel.
