Field Service Engineer
Anywhere in the country- can work and travel from home

Our client is a global manufacturing firm who services industries from automotive and aerospace, to food and beverage, and is actively seeking to hire a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be integral in servicing new and existing customers for a world-leading organization.
Main duties of the Field Service Engineer include:
Traveling to assist in the electrical troubleshooting and support of equipment driven by PLC's, robotics and hydraulics
Assisting in large-scale capital equipment installation, set up and training while at client sites
Testing and maintenance on equipment when not traveling to client sites
Aiding in service-level agreements (If a system requires maintenance, you will immediately be required to travel to that site to aid in the service)
Assisting sales with new customer development
Qualifications for the Field Service Engineer position include:
Associate's Degree in a technical field
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (domestic and international)
Strong knowledge of PLC's and HMI and ability to read Ladder Logic
Experience with hydraulics-related equipment also strongly desired
Ability to travel overseas
Excellent communication and customer support skills
