Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
  • Work in a manner aligned with our Core Values of Teamwork, Safety, Integrity, and Excellence

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years commercial construction leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license (must be insurable)
  • Reliable transportation, punctuality, and reliability
  • Must own basic hand tools, and have the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lift, push, pull materials weighing up to 50+ lbs
  • Use hand and power tools to perform tasks as assigned
  • Perform sustained physical labor, including standing, walking, and crouching
  • Perform work at height, including climbing ladders
  • Perform work in confined or awkward spaces
  • Read printed and digital materials
  • Communicate professionally, both verbal and written communication
  • Adhere to all safety standards
