Summary The executive assistant provides high-level administrative support to Lead Pastors by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

This position requires its primary duty must be the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the employer; and its primary duty includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Pastors Calendar
  • Pastors Travel
  • Preparing meeting agendas
  • Pulling and recording monthly number's (open rates, COF, revenue, ratings, etc)
  • Helping respond to social media comments / DM's
  • Research for events/messages/projects
  • FL Staff Events / FL Staff Christmas / FL Gifts
  • ICMM & HHOF budget sheets/organization for after events
  • Spreadsheets with gifts
  • Monitoring PNs website

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment).

Physical Demands Office time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities). These hours can/will fluctuate.

Sunday: 1 hour on call / setup text schedule Monday: 9am – 4:30pm + 30 min in the evening to setup text schedule Tuesday: 9am – 4:30pm + 30 min in the evening to setup text schedule Wednesday: 9am – 4:30pm + 30 min in the evening to setup text schedule Thursday: 9am – 4:30pm + 30 min in the evening to setup text schedule Friday: 9am – 4:30pm + 30 min in the evening to setup text schedule Saturday: 1 hour on call / setup text schedule

Travel Overnight travel and local day travel may expected for this position around special events, services, and campus openings

Required Education and Experience

  1. Level of experience: Intermediate (practical application)
  2. High school diploma.
  3. Five years of administrative experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Associate's degree or bachelor's degree.
