Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead regional security for The Americas and drive delivery of Commercial Real Estate (facilities) and infrastructure projects.

This role focuses on hands-on project execution while holding full ownership of regional security, risk management, and crisis response.

Main Responsibilities

1. Facilities Development & Project Delivery (Geographical scope: NA)

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of facility and infrastructure projects, including builds, redesigns, consolidations, and relocations
  • Define and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and execution
  • Manage contractors, architects, and external vendors
  • Lead bid processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution

2. Governance, Compliance & Reporting

  • Provide clear and regular reporting on:
    • Project status (cost, timeline, risks)
    • Security risks, incidents, and mitigation actions
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Partner with internal functions including Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and security providers
  • Coordinate with local authorities as required
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across functions and locations

4. Process Improvement & Cost Management

  • Improve project delivery processes and controls
  • Standardize tools, templates, and reporting
  • Drive cost discipline and efficiency across projects and security spend

5. Security Leadership & Risk Ownership for The Americas

  • Own regional security strategy and implementation in the region The Americas
  • Lead risk assessments across sites, personnel, supply chain, and external environment
  • Contribute to travel security, including risk and notification platforms, advisory and assistance, journey management and evacuations/repatriations
  • Advising on physical security including access control for sites/assets, persons and operationsย 
  • Act as escalation point for security incidents and crisis situations
  • Support emergency response and business continuity processes
  • Ensure consistent security standards across all locations
  • Protection of persons for threat management, including close/executive protection
  • Support and advise stakeholders in event security
Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • 7 year of work experience in project management,ย facilities management, security and/or related field.ย ย
