Note: LOCAL ONLY. 2x 16hr shifts (7a-3p/3p-11p) and 1x 8hr shift.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessment, care planning, and evaluation for post-acute and long-term residents.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per provider orders and facility policy.
  • Supervise and direct LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered RN licence in the applicable state.
  • Minimum 1 year SNF, LTC, or post-acute experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS and IV certification a plus.
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
