Job description

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Local - IR Tech

Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs/week
Duration: 13 Weeks

On call requirement, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an Interventional Vascular Specialist, Interventional Radiology Technologist, or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist
  • Must have Intermediate knowledge of x-ray equipment and troubleshooting
  • Must be Able to use specialty devices such as laser, penumbra, Inari, and shockwave
  • Graduate of accredited school of radiologic or cardiovascular technology
  • ARRT-R (with VI or CV credential) or RCIS
  • BLS
  • Travel experience preferred
Other Details:
Assists in more advanced procedures such as pulmonary thrombectomy, AAA, TEVAR, and FEVAR
Able to assist with complex procedures, including multiple wire exchanges and use of long wires and OTW balloons
Circulates, monitors, and scrubs all Interventional Vascular procedures
Troubleshoots imaging equipment in collaboration with biomedical engineers
Participates in procedural charging and maintains supply management
Local rate applies within 50 miles
Dress code: hospital provided
