Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Technician with a minimum of 2 years of interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience and ARRT or RCIS certification for a 13-week travel contract.

Details
  • Work in a hospital cardiac cath lab setting
  • Procedures include Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemakers, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart, ECMO, and EKOS
  • 3x12 hour day shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of interventional/diagnostic cath lab experience required
  • Current BLS required
  • ARRT or RCIS certification required
  • Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology program required
  • License required if applicable
  • Driver's License required for consideration
  • AHA certifications (must not be expired) required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Responsible for a full range of cath lab procedures including Left Heart Cath, High Risk PCI, Right Heart Cath, Pacemaker implantation, Peripheral Procedures, Structural Heart, ECMO, and EKOS
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
  • Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in employment at this facility before being considered
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront prior to offer — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
