North Austin & Pflugerville Service Areas
Bilingual Highly Preferred

Training Wheels ABA is expanding our In-Home ABA Team and is seeking experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who live in North Austin/ Pflugerville Area. This is a highly specialized team that provides ABA therapy directly in the client’s home, offering meaningful, one-on-one support to children and their families.

If you are an RBT who thrives in a flexible, independent work environment and loves building strong relationships with families, this team is for you.
Bilingual applicants (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the Role

As an In-Home RBT, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy inside the client’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Support skill development in communication, social skills, play, behavior reduction, and daily living
  • Maintain accurate session notes and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and care team
  • Travel between client homes based on assigned caseload
