What You Will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home,

school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress

• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in person throughout New Mexico

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued

learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

 High School Diploma or GED

 Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Professional, dependable, and open to feedback

 Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

 Experience working with children preferred

 Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus

 Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
