Behavior Technician (RBT) - Center Based ABA

We provide initial and ongoing training, real-time coaching from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), and professional development so you can grow with confidence.
What you will do:
- Provide one on one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center using Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principles
- Collaborate closely with your team to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors, including language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills, to name a few!
- Celebrate progress and help shape meaningful goals for each learner
- Build strong, compassionate relationships with children and families
- Implement individualized treatment plans with supervision from a BCBA
