Job description

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Job description:

We are seeking behavior techs and/ or RBTs to provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, and community. This is an evening position (no earlier then 3pm start)
✓ Implement treatment plans
✓ Collect skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
✓ Apply feedback and training on ABA job performance given by your BCBA
✓ Provide behavior support inside and outside of the home or community when applicable
Qualifications:
For Children: BA degree in human health field (or similar) and one year experience working with individuals with Autism OR
Associates in human health field (or similar) and two years experience working with individuals with Autism OR
HS diploma with RBT certification
For Adults: High School Diploma or GED and two years experience working with individuals with Autism
Desire to have a positive impact on others as well as grow and learn in this exponentially advancing field!
