Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians (RBT Required)

Pay & Schedule
$24.00-$26.00 per hour
Part-time role
Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings
Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Active RBT Certification Required
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
  • Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
  • Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children

What You'll Do
  • Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
  • Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
