The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.These include labor markets and in some instancesmay include education, work experience and certifications. Team Overview:

The Enterprise Product & Strategy organization helps Target increase speed to value through product strategy, planning, practices, and product operating model evolution. Within Enterprise Product & Strategy, the Product Practice team scales product maturity by enabling teams with the skills, tools, learning, and coaching they need to succeed in the product model. The team also ensures that AI adoption and product model adoption advance together, so AI improves discovery, decision-making, and outcomes.

As aSr Product Delivery Manager,your primary mission is tofacilitatedelivery on a continuous basis, manage complexity,andhelp product teamsdeliver exceptional digital experiences to our guests.You will be embedded withina cross-functional group ofproduct, UX, tech, and businessleadersand willbe responsible forleadingplanning and delivery for key enterprise and pyramid initiatives.Great candidates for this rolepossessexceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the product development process, and a proventrack recordof successfully delivering products tomarket.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Workwith multiple product teamstoidentify, manage, and track high integrity commitments for acomplexand holisticaspect of the guest experience.

  • Manage and track cross team dependenciesassociated with those commitments.

  • Work toidentifyimpediments to deliveron ourprioritizedobjectivesearly, actively help resolve those impediments, and escalate appropriately when needed.

  • Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments and associated outcomes, and progress, up to senior leadership levels.

  • Collaborate with Digital Product Ops and Digital Strategy & Planningto develop andoptimizeroutines, tools, and processes.

  • Encourage a culture of team-driven decision making and commitment.

  • Lead and facilitate cross-team planning sessions to support predictable delivery of outcomes

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years ofdelivery management,productmanagement,coaching, or scrum master experiencewithin a product organization

  • Experience workingin the product model,with a strong understanding of delivery methods

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Sr.Leadership, Operations, Product, and Technology

  • Ability to influence peers, partners, and senior leaders to find common ground, push for consistency where possible and navigate competing interests(with the ability to effectivelyfacilitatecross-functional conversationsthrough all levels of leadership).

  • Strong ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member worksfull-time from home oran alternatelocation that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
