Must hold national Medical Lab Scientist Cert
- 2+ years of recent, relevant experience
- Must be a Medical/Clinical Lab Scientist - not Med Lab Tech

About the Opportunity: Join a fast-paced, high-volume laboratory supporting Houston Methodist Laboratory Services, which serves 38 draw stations across the Houston area. This role offers the opportunity to perform comprehensive testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and rapid microbiology while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory testing and analyze results accurately and efficiently
Process specimens in accordance with laboratory protocols
Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance standards
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care
Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Medical Lab Scientist/Medical Technologist experience required
ASCP or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology testing
Ability to thrive in a high-volume laboratory setting
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
