Job description

Chase Travel Marketing drives awareness, engagement, and growth for Chase Travel by connecting cardmembers to travel products, benefits, and inspiration through a coordinated omni-channel strategy. We partner across Card Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Creative, Finance, and Data & Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes—including new bookers, gross transaction volume, and travel share of wallet—supported by strong governance, compliance, and operational rigor.

As a Senior Associate, Engagement Marketing in Chase Travel, you will serve as the day-to-day travel marketing lead for priority engagement channels and partner teams, translating Chase Travel business priorities into clear marketing requirements, integrated plans, and launch-ready assets. Reporting to the VP, Engagement & Growth Marketing, you will help deepen eligible cardmember engagement across branded and co-branded card audiences, Chase owned digital channels, Benefits Hub, Ultimate Rewards product experiences, banker-facing tools, and mid-funnel audience strategies.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage email marketing strategies for engaged travel segments, leveraging key models and segmentation to shape audience priorities, message strategy, and channel recommendations.
  • Lead travel marketing touchpoints for core card travel programs such as Reserve Travel Designer marketing for Sapphire audiences including UX inputs, marketing timelines, communications planning, launch asset requirements, and coordination across Travel, Product, servicing, creative, and channel partners.
  • Manage stakeholder routines, intake, approvals, and launch readiness across partner teams to ensure engagement initiatives are compliant, timely, and aligned to Chase Travel growth priorities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day Chase Travel marketing partner for ECM marketing across Chase Travel–eligible branded and co-branded card channels; build joint plans, integrated calendars, and stakeholder alignment to ensure cardmember communications reflect consistent messaging priorities.
  • Partner with Benefits Hub and Ultimate Rewards product teams for travel benefit content and launches, translating marketing priorities into product-ready requirements including messaging, eligibility framing, asset needs, and launch timing.
  • Own Chase Travel marketing strategy and requirements for card-eligible placements across Chase owned digital channels, partnering with product owners on execution, scheduling, prioritization, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as the travel marketing partner to retail branch and business banking teams by communicating key travel program updates and maintaining updated banker tools that reinforce Chase Travel benefits for in-branch customer conversations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years in engagement marketing, CRM, digital marketing, product marketing, or related marketing strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into channel requirements, integrated calendars, launch plans, and stakeholder-ready materials.
  • Strong cross-functional partner management skills, with experience working across marketing, product, digital channel, creative, servicing, legal/compliance, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, approvals, and competing priorities while maintaining strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using audience insights, segmentation, and performance results to inform engagement strategies and recommendations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in travel, credit card, loyalty, financial services, or benefits marketing.
  • Familiarity with Chase owned digital channels, Ultimate Rewards, Benefits Hub, or banker-facing enablement tools.
  • Experience applying behavioral signals, or engagement strategies to improve marketing relevance.
  • Experience with experimentation, incrementality, and audience segmentation.

Note: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
