Familiarity with diagnostic tools, mobile work order software, and a valid driver's license are commonly required. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills help technicians adapt to diverse job sites and client needs. These skills and qualities ensure safe, efficient repairs and installations while maintaining high customer satisfaction during frequent travel assignments.

Preparing for these challenges involves staying organized, keeping essential tools and documentation ready, and developing strong communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and clients.
