Role Overview
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Support Travel Advisor.
In this role, you will assist travelers throughout the vacation planning process by providing guidance, answering questions, coordinating travel details, and helping clients make informed decisions. You'll serve as a trusted resource for travelers exploring everything from beach resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, and international journeys.
This flexible work-from-home opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and customer support while building valuable skills in the travel and hospitality industry. No prior travel experience is required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with exploring vacation options and travel opportunities
  • Help travelers identify destinations and experiences that match their interests and budget
  • Coordinate travel components including accommodations, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
  • Respond to client questions and provide timely updates regarding reservations and travel arrangements
  • Communicate through phone, email, online messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Work closely with travel suppliers and industry partners to confirm bookings and travel details
  • Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, reservations, and travel plans
  • Stay informed on travel updates, supplier promotions, and destination information
  • Provide professional, friendly service throughout the customer journey
