Experience the challenges, rewards and opportunity of working for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry.

The Travel Data Analyst supports the Company's global travel program through data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, travel technology administration, and process improvement initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert for travel data, reporting platforms, online booking tools, corporate card analytics, and travel-related technologies. The position partners with global stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, enhance reporting capabilities, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the travel program.

Job Duties
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and recurring reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Performs data validation, auditing, and reconciliation of travel program data from multiple sources to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting.
  • Administers and supports global online booking tools and travel technology platforms, with a focus on data integrity, system effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • Serves as the primary contact for travel portal enhancements, system updates, testing, issue resolution, and traveler support, including troubleshooting booking, profile, and other travel technology issues.
  • Analyzes travel, expense, and corporate card data to identify trends, opportunities, compliance risks, and potential cost-saving initiatives.
  • Supports the design, maintenance, and optimization of databases, data models, data flows, and reporting structures used for travel and profile management.
  • Administers and supports travel-related technologies, system integrations, and vendor platforms utilized by the Travel Department.
  • Supports regional travel security, compliance, and duty-of-care reporting requirements.
  • Supports special projects involving data analysis, business process improvement, automation, system implementation, and reporting enhancements.
  • The role contributes directly to the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company’s global travel program, reporting capabilities, and technology solutions.
Qualifications
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, business administration, data analytics, management information systems, finance, or a related discipline, or through 5 years of experience in project management, business intelligence, reporting and analytics, travel operations, facility construction, or remodeling.
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics or corporate travel is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data validation, reporting automation, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
