Position Overview:

The Greet Hub Concierge provides professional, high-quality support to employees, visitors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment. This highly visible role combines hospitality, administrative coordination, and responsible for executing daily operations at the Greet Hub while providing best-in-class service to employees, clients, and guests. 

The Concierge plays an important role in creating welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and disciplined presence. The Concierge ensures consistency in service delivery, supports concierge research and contributes to an organized, efficient, and engaging workplace environment. 

This is an onsite full time position, with an attractive schedule of Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The compensation range for this role is $19.00-$21.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all employees, visitors, and vendors, setting the standard for a five-star workplace experience   
  • Anticipate and proactively address employee and guest needs by leveraging context and insights to personalize interactions and create memorable, high-touch experiences. 
  • Respond to employee requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and well-stocked reception area and common spaces. 
  • Support new hire tours and assist with visitor or group arrivals as needed. 
  • Stay informed about building activities, workplace updates, and local resources that may support employees. 
  • Assist with monthly tabling events to promote concierge services and engage employees. 
  • Ensure the front desk never left unattended, coordinating coverage as needed 
  • Maintain site security by following established procedures, monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring compliance with workplace protocols. 
  • Enter service requests accurately and maintain complete and timely records in the appropriate systems. 
  • Maintain a working knowledge of building operations, workplace policies, and available services to assist with facilities-related requests and coordinate follow-up as needed. 
  • Support meeting logistics, event coordination, and internal communications assigned. 
  • Serve as a trained backup for remote switchboard coverage when needed. 
  • Assist with personal and convenience-related requests, including travel, gift ideas, event planning, and household services. 
  • Support travel coordination by providing car, hotel, and reservation recommendations. 
  • Handle requests with discretion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. 
  • Coordinate with local vendors to help identify discounts, services, and employee offerings. 
  • Maintain awareness of local resources and experiences that may benefit employees. 
  • Communicate effectively with the onsite manager and broader team regarding daily operations, service needs, and employee feedback 
  • Help maintain a strong service culture through consistency, responsiveness, and teamwork. 
  • Adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining service standards. 
  • Support operational improvements by sharing observations and ideas to enhance the employee experience. 
  • Achieve monthly targeted goals and service metrics as assigned 
  • Contribute to the documentation and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures to support consistency

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 
  • Experience in front desk, concierge, hospitality, workplace services, or a related service environment preferred. 
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. 
  • Ability to use internet search tools, navigate systems, and complete accurate data entry. 
  • Dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering consistent service. 
  • Experience supporting a corporate office environment. 
  • Familiarity with service request systems, visitor management tools, or workplace support platforms. 
  • Experience working with employees, vendors, and guests in a polished service setting.
