This is applied behavior analysis woven into everyday life.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Provide ABA services and behavioral consultation within childcare centers
  • Supervise and train RBTs

  • Support children with ASD and other developmental challenges in inclusive settings

What You'll Bring

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong organizational skills and clinical decision-making abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working within school/childcare teams
  • Flexibility to commute between partner childcare locations across Atlanta and GA (additional compensation provided)
  • 25-50% Travel Requirement - this is a non-negotiable with the role

What We Offer You

  • Compensation: $95,000 starting (tiered salary based on experience and certification year)
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out half at 3 months, the remaining half at 6 months.
  • Yearly performance based bonuses based on KPI's
  • Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences
  • Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities!
  • Mileage & Travel Reimbursement: company-provided credit card for travel expenses.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance options.
  • Retirement savings plan (401(k) with matching).
  • Generous Relocation Assistance Available
  • Continuing education credit reimbursement to support your professional development.
  • Flexible work schedule to achieve a healthy, yet productive work-life balance.
  • Enjoy a starting PTO of 15 days, with opportunities to earn additional days as your tenure with the company grows.

  • Referral program to reward you for assisting with attracting likeminded team members
