About your Role:   

As the Training Director, you will oversee employee and foster parent training, ensuring compliance with all training requirements. This role includes overseeing the Relias Training System and ensuring all training activities comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and polices. 

Perks of this role:     

  • Competitive pay starting at 65k annually.
  • This position works from a home office and travels to our office in Portland to facilitate in person trainings.
  • Additional pay available for bi-lingual candidates

Does the following apply to you?     

  • A Bachelor’s degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 2 years of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults OR
  • A Master’s Degree with major study in social work, psychology, sociology or an allied field and have 1 year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults

*Training or experience in Collaborative Problem Solving, Peer Support Services, and Trauma Informed Care is preferred.
