Role Overview
As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for managing projects and leading crews on water, fire, and mold restoration jobs. You will set the tone for professionalism and quality, ensuring jobs are completed to company standards while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a crew of up to 3 team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service on every job
  • Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
  • Train and develop team members in safety and work techniques
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and management
  • Thoroughly document jobs for accurate billing and insurance purposes
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification required

  • At least 1 year of experience in water, fire/smoke, or mold remediation
  • Ability to supervise up to 3 team members effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Drug-free and committed to maintaining a drug-free lifestyle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Additional IICRC certifications (AMRT, ASD, FSRT)
  • Experience with trauma/crime scene cleanup
  • Crawlspace encapsulation experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Comfortable working with/around cleaning products and chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state when required
