Intertwined Trauma-informed Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote and flexible school setting. The focus of this role is within a school facility, where you will engage with students, educators, and families to foster a comprehensive approach to mental health care. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify the needs of each student.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students, incorporating their unique goals, cultural considerations, and psychosocial factors.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, family, and group settings.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for students in acute distress, ensuring safety and continuity of care through collaboration with educators and families.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, complying with organizational policies and legal regulations.
• Empower students and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including school staff, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient progress.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and innovations in the mental health field to enhance clinical effectiveness.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of all patients.

This role predominantly focuses on serving students who have experienced trauma and related mental health concerns in a school environment. You'll address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and other mental health challenges, all while providing a safe space for healing and growth. Understanding the unique dynamics of the school setting, you will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and aiding in their academic achievement.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory for this position.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience working in a school setting or with adolescents is highly preferable.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
