 What Makes This Role Different

  • Full-time: ~30-40 hours/week

 What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, family, children, and/or couples therapy
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with clinicians and participate in consultation
  • Support ethical, client-centered care

 What We’re Looking For
  • Active Wisconsin license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Comfortable with a range of populations (or open to expanding)
  • Willingness to work at least one evening per week
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative care
Preferred (not required):
  • Credentialed with insurance panels, Medicaid, or Medicare

 Schedule & Flexibility
Flexible scheduling within:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You’ll have autonomy to build a schedule that works for you and your clients.
