Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


FullShift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO.

About the Role:
The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach. Therapy is conducted in-center, in-home, and within the community, Monday–Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, allowing evenings and weekends free. The program takes a whole-person approach, incorporating wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Meets BACB supervision standards

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Compassionate, with a passion for helping those vulnerable to life’s challenges

  • Experience with children/young adults (ages 2–20) with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders

  • Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS preferred)

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support teamwork, family engagement, and quality care

  • Demonstrates leadership, integrity, and clinical skills consistent with trauma-informed practices

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the clinical team and clients to develop and implement individualized skills

  • Engage families with compassion, build rapport, and provide parent training for use in daily routines

  • Promote autonomy, safety, and family involvement while maintaining a supportive environment

  • Implement all Safety-Care physical management procedures safely when needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump, and actively engage with students for extended periods

  • Able to lift/support up to 75 lbs

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass national and local background checks

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
