This position allows for remote work, providing the flexibility for you to manage your schedule effectively. You will primarily work from an outpatient office setting, ensuring that our clients receive consistent support and care. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that reflect empirical research and clinical expertise.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your therapeutic modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Work closely with case managers, physicians, and a network of mental health professionals to coordinate client care, ensuring a seamless integration of services that addresses the comprehensive needs of each client.
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing your professional judgment and compassion to stabilize situations and facilitate appropriate interventions.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to raise mental health awareness, advocating for destigmatization and understanding within the community.

You will work with a wide array of clients from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role necessitates a nuanced understanding of cultural sensitivities and a commitment to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients who may come from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic spectra. Your ability to establish rapport will be key to facilitating effective treatment outcomes.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence, allowing for effective therapeutic intervention across various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to documentation and follow-up processes.

• Experience utilizing trauma-informed care approaches in therapeutic settings.
• Prior work in community mental health settings with evidence of successful interventions on behalf of diverse client groups.
• Hands-on experience with telehealth practices and relevant technology platforms.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
