The Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This remote position is designed for professionals who are dedicated to improving the mental health of clients navigating traumatic experiences. In this role, you will engage with clients using a variety of therapeutic techniques to develop personalized treatment plans, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

Work Environment

This full-time position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide outpatient therapy from the comfort of your home.   • Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, re-evaluate treatment plans, and make necessary adjustments based on individual needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to address clients’ unique challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse issues.
  • Perform detailed intake assessments for new clients, gathering pertinent background information to inform treatment direction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and evolving care needs through our electronic health records (EHR) system.
