We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Job Overview:ย 
As a Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to meet our high standards of quality and consistency. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
  • Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and in a timely manner.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Monitor food waste and assist in managing portion control.
  • Communicate with the Chef and Sous Chef to address any issues or concerns.

  • Ensure proper equipment use and notify management of any issues or malfunctions.
