Join a Team That Takes Pride in Restoring Properties
Ally Waste Services is looking for a hardworking, dependable Trash Out Lead Technician to join our growing operations team. This position plays a major role in helping prepare apartment units and properties for new residents after evictions, move-outs, and cleanouts.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hard work, shows up consistently, works safely, and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.
If you are experienced pulling trailers, comfortable working in physically demanding environments, and want an opportunity to grow with a company that values reliability and grit, we want to hear from you.
Pay = $21.00-$23.00/hr
Hours = Monday-Friday, working 8-10 hour shifts
Responsibilities
  • Complete trash outs and cleanouts of evicted and vacant apartment units
  • Safely load, haul, and dispose of debris, furniture, appliances, and household waste
  • Pull and maneuver trailers safely throughout the workday
  • Utilize company apps and mobile technology to document completed work
  • Take before and after photos of units and submit reports through the app
  • Work efficiently while maintaining safety standards
  • Assist with heavy lifting and removal of bulky items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company equipment and trailers
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and property staff

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience pulling trailers is strongly preferred
  • Ability to safely lift and move 50 to 100 pounds regularly
  • Comfortable working in dirty, unpleasant, or high-filth environments when necessary
  • Ability to work in Arizona heat and physically demanding conditions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic smartphone and app usage skills
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
