Your Role as a Transportation Aide
As a Transportation Aide, you will support residents by providing safe transportation and assisting the care team when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Safely transporting residents to and from scheduled medical appointments
  • Treating residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
  • Assisting nursing staff with resident needs as assigned
  • Maintaining punctuality and professionalism during scheduled shifts
  • Supporting quality resident care through teamwork and communication
  • Completing additional duties as assigned by management
Who We're Looking For:
  • Must be 25 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CNA certification preferred, but not required
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate team player
  • Comfortable learning basic technology systems including Outlook and Microsoft programs
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
