What You’ll Do

  • Lead the charge in routing oversize flatbed loads and securing accurate permits across state and federal agencies.
  • Equip drivers to achieve success with clear instructions, safety details, and route expectations.
  • Be the communication hub between drivers, fleet supervisors, permit services, and state agencies.
  • Solve problems on the fly to keep loads moving and prevent delays.
  • Update routing information to support accuracy and efficiency.
  • Look for ways to streamline processes, boost quality, and contribute new ideas.
  • Support company budgets, adapt to changing demands, and handle unexpected challenges with confidence.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Strong map-reading skills and a solid grasp of U.S. geography.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
