Job description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Process Improvement: Observe existing processes within our transportation and logistics operations, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Modeling: Develop and use models to simulate different transportation scenarios and evaluate their potential impact on costs, optimization and overall performance.
  • Data Analysis/Reporting: Analyze transportation data and identify patterns and trends to understand current operations and identify transportation-related issues such as delays, inefficiencies and disruptions.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation costs, assist in pricing analyses with carriers, and identify opportunities for customer optimization based on cost reduction and route efficiency.
  • KPI Management: Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy, efficiency and On Time-In Full shipping across transportation/logistics functions and teams.
  • Gamification Initiative: Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and coordination across all supply chain functions.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or data analytics, with a focus on Transportation and Logistics and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
