We're looking for a reliable Transportation Specialist to transport food, equipment, and event supplies between our venues while helping ensure every location has what it needs to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

About the Role

The Transportation Specialist is responsible for safely transporting food, equipment, and event supplies between Trademark Venues properties. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations by ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care while maintaining food safety standards and protecting company assets.

Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, safe driving practices, and a commitment to supporting exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Safely load, transport, and unload food, beverages, equipment, décor, and event supplies between company locations.
  • Verify inventory accuracy during loading and unloading to ensure all items are delivered correctly.
  • Assist with stocking, organizing, and inventorying equipment, food, and supplies.
  • Receive deliveries and properly unload and store products.
  • Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional vehicles at all times.
  • Handle food products in accordance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate transportation delays, vehicle issues, or inventory discrepancies to leadership.
  • Assist venue teams with loading and unloading before and after events as needed.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, driving policies, and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support venue operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • Previous experience transporting food, equipment, or commercial deliveries using a van or truck.
  • Experience in hospitality, catering, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Forklift or warehouse experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) background check.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple venue teams.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) language skills a plus

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Load and unload vehicles multiple times throughout a shift.
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
