Strella predicts the shelf life of perishable products through a combination of proprietary sensors, machine vision, and supply chain insights. We use this data to reduce food waste and help deliver better quality produce to consumers. Weโ€™re growing the team to scale, improve our product offerings, and build new products.

Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented operations manager, including experience in hardware operations, supply chain, and project management to assist with Strella's hardware operations. We are looking for someone who has:

  • Planning and operations experience- demand/capacity forecasting, planning and execution; managing timelines; negotiating contracts and optimizing cashflows.
  • Supply chain, manufacturing, and fulfillment experience - managing the procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of Strellaโ€™s hardware components and devices from end to end.
  • Project management experience - prioritizing operations work on a small team and working hand in hand with engineering to execute.
  • Startup experience strongly preferred.
