Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance * 5+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense transportation, logistics, or mobility operations * 3+ years of experience applying Department of Defense transportation policies, directives, and regulations, including the Defense Transportation Regulation * 3+ years of experience supporting airlift operations * 2+ years of experience working with the United States Maritime Administration, Military Sealift Command, and/or Transportation Command operations
* Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week Preferred: * Experience supporting charter, commercial, and organic sealift requirements * Experience with the Jones Act and cargo preference requirements related to sealift * Experience with Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement, Voluntary Tanker Agreement, Transportation Service Provider, and Maritime Security Program activities * Experience supporting working groups or transportation system oversight efforts * Experience developing reports, metrics, and recommendations for senior-level stakeholders For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
