About the role
The Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests of the apartment building experience exceptional service, comfort, and convenience. This position is responsible for providing personalized assistance, managing requests, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling a variety of tasks ranging from managing deliveries and reservations to coordinating building services and addressing resident inquiries.
Position Hours:
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00am-3:30pm plus evening fill ins
How you will be successful
  • Warmly greet residents and guests as they enter the building.
  • Answer phone calls courteously and route them to the appropriate team member as needed.
  • Ensure amenities are in tour-ready condition prior to the leasing office opening each morning.
  • Manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours.
  • Promptly report any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs to management.
  • Maintain positive communication with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely responses to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
  • Abide by Mills policies and procedures and all laws pertaining to Fair Housing, the Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.
  • Embrace Mills Core Values and apply them to all areas of responsibility.

What you need
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Previous concierge or guest services experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
