Job description

The Senior Analyst, Transportation Technology is responsible for driving the evolution, adoption, and optimization of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) capabilities across the transportation network. This role partners with Transportation Operations, Product Management, and IT teams to deliver technology solutions that improve service, transportation costs, network utilization, and customer delivery performance. The Senior Analyst will leverage transportation process expertise and OTM knowledge to shape the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and ensure solutions meet business needs while driving measurable operational value.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and transportation planning, carrier management, tendering, shipment execution, and optimization processes.
• Lead the design, testing, deployment, and support of transportation technology enhancements within OTM.
• Partner with Transportation Operations, Product Management, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Manage transportation technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze transportation performance and identify opportunities to improve service, utilization, efficiency, and transportation costs.
• Monitor project execution, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across transportation technology platforms.
• Support integration and process alignment across OTM, SAP, EWM, FourKites, and related supply chain systems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain technology, transportation systems, or business systems analysis.
• Experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and transportation operations processes.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier management, routing, tendering, shipment execution, and logistics operations.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams.
• Transportation and logistics industry experience preferred.
Technical Expertise
• Experience supporting OTM implementations, enhancements, testing, configuration, or administration.
• Experience with SAP and integrated supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of transportation KPIs, including ORDD, transportation cost, tender acceptance, utilization, and service performance.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $100,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
