Job Description
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers, including Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Costco, Amazon, and BJ's.
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, internal transportation teams regarding shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Request, confirm, and update delivery appointments through customer portals.
  • Monitor shipment status and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
  • Prepare and review appointment confirmations.
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate ETAs.
  • Resolve delivery issues, appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other customer concerns.
  • Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in the internal system
  • Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Escalate urgent transportation or customer issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain daily shipment reports, appointment schedules, and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Follow up with carriers to ensure appointments are met and deliveries are completed.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and transportation partners.
  • Support the logistics team with daily operational tasks

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Fluent in English/Korean (1member), English/Spanish Bilingual (1member)
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Shipment tracking and appointment scheduling
  • Problem solving and issue resolution
  • Strong follow up and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3- 6 years of experience in logistics, transportation and customer services preferred
  • Experience scheduling delivery appointments preferred
  • Familiarity with retail customer portals such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Sam's Club, or BJ's
  • Experience working with carriers, customers, and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
