Position Overview

Career Focus is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented intern to support daily program operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and program coordination.
This position plays a key role in ensuring that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

    •  Assist with organizing and preparing materials and supplies for daily program activities 
    •  Support logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of materials and resources 
    •  Help manage attendance and support daily check-in and check-out processes 
    •  Provide on-site operational support to ensure activities run efficiently 
    •  Assist team members with day-to-day needs and problem-solving as situations arise 
    •  Maintain organization of supplies, equipment, and inventory 
    •  Support distribution of materials or meals during scheduled breaks 
    •  Help maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming environment 
    •  Communicate any issues or concerns to staff in a timely manner

    •  Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the work location
