Position: Student Transportation Monitor
Type: Independent Contracting Job

This position requires you to park your car at the passenger's home and get a ride with the assigned driver to and from the home to the destination, and sit with the passenger while they are in the vehicle.

Monitor Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a DOJ background check
  • Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned ride locations and be able to arrive on time
Monitor Responsibilities
  • Arrive on time to assigned pickup locations using personal transportation
  • Ride in the vehicle during scheduled trips
  • Monitor passengers to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
  • Assist passengers as needed during transport
  • Communicate concerns or incidents to the driver or Provider Support team
  • Follow all ADROIT safety policies and procedures

  • Driving a vehicle
  • Vehicle inspections, insurance, or registration
  • Mechanical or maintenance responsibilities
