Job Purpose

Drive performance analysis, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven optimization of transportation operations across North America.  Will support the Transport Control Tower by transforming operational and financial data into actionable insights, improvement opportunities, and optimization of service, cost, and process efficiency.

Location for this role: Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain transport performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to include one-time/in-full, cost per shipment, carrier performance, and tender acceptance.
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives across transport operations, cost control, and planning processes. 
  • Monitor performance trends and identify deviations from targets. Will identify cost drivers and inefficiencies in transport operations. 
  • Provide regular insights and reporting to Control Tower and leadership. 
  • Analyze large datasets from transportation management (TM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and external systems to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. Will ensure data consistency and reliability across systems and alignment with global reporting standards and methodologies. 
  • Work with operations, finance, and procurement teams to align improvement initiatives. 
  • Support the Global Center of Excellence (CoE) with data and insights for global benchmarking.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, or data analysis to include performance analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of transport operations and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actions.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Structured problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
  • Experience using transportation management systems and enterprise resource planning software.  Experience using SAP TM and SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) preferred.
  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for these skills is $92,000.00 - $100,000.00.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
