As a Dealership Operations Associate with Lucky’s Truck and Trailer Sales amp; Dimmick Group Peterbilt, you will be responsible for:
Essential Functions:
Parts Department:
  • Will be trained to support the parts department in several positions ranging from warehouse to Parts Counter.
  • Ensure that all customers are greeted as they come into the Dealership.
  • Work with customers to ensure that their requests are met and provide customer service throughout the entire interaction.
  • Ability to understand inventory systems
  • Understanding warehouse functionality and process
  • Ensuring that orders are picked and placed parts for either delivery or pick-up.
  • Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction to keep commercial trucks on the road.
Service Department:
  • Wil be trained to support the Service Department if the Service Advisor is not available; will not replace this role but will be able to support in a high-level capacity.
  • Ability to answer the phones, dialogue with customers by obtaining the appropriate information to pass onto service team or to create Repair Orders as needed.
  • Update customers on vehicle status, delays, or additional required repairs, and ensure a seamless hand-off when the truck is ready.
  • Close out work orders, explain the diagnoses and charges, process payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
