Job description

Warehouse Associate / Driver
Location: Honolulu, HI (Logistics Plus Hawaii)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed)
Position Summary
Logistics Plus Hawaii is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles to complete local pickups and deliveries.
  • Load, unload, inspect, and transport freight and materials.
  • Receive, scan, sort, and process incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Prepare shipments and ensure freight is packaged and secured properly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
  • Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of driving experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience required.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience with inventory control, scanning systems, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.

Additional Requirements
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen.
  • Must meet company driving standards and pass a motor vehicle record review.
