Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Walmart Marketplace's global pre-purchase delivery experience portfolio. As a Senior Manager, you will define long-term business strategy, influence executive decision-making, and lead cross-functional teams to build scalable delivery promise and speed capabilities that improve seller success and customer confidence. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Finance, and external logistics providers to solve complex business challenges, accelerate global Marketplace growth, and deliver innovative pre-purchase capabilities that strengthen Walmart's competitive advantage.

Marketplace Seller Fulfillment Solutions (SFS) provides customers a broad assortment of selection from third party sellers who fulfill on their own.  Our team is comprised of motivated professionals who look for opportunities to create the best possible customer and seller experiences.  SFS spans across multiple functional areas to achieve this excellence including pre purchase, post purchase, and returns.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for global pre-purchase delivery experience initiatives, including delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs by aligning business, product, engineering, operations, and data science teams around shared objectives.
  • Develop scalable capabilities that improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, seller performance, and Marketplace growth.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments, manage risk, and influence executive decisions.
  • Build organizational alignment and operational rigor to successfully deliver complex, multi-quarter initiatives.
