Auto Driveaway, one of the largest professional driveaway companies in the United States, is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Title & Registration Specialist to join our Title & Registration department in Roswell, GA. This is a high-volume, office-based role focused on accurately processing title and registration transactions across multiple states.


The ideal candidate has prior office or administrative experience, is comfortable working independently in a structured environment, and brings a proven track record of accurate data entry, documentation management, and process adherence. This role also provides the opportunity to develop a specialized skill set in vehicle titling and registration, supporting future growth within the automotive or transportation industry.


Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services, serving corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships, and vehicle and truck OEMs nationwide. Our services include fleet shipping and management, single-vehicle driveaway, short-term and reconditioning services, and related logistics solutionsโ€”delivered with an unwavering commitment to safety and operational excellence.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Accurately process title and registration transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven office environment
  • Review, validate, and enter data across internal systems and external platforms
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding documentation requirements, transaction status, and timelines
  • Maintain working knowledge of state and local title and registration rules, regulations, and processes
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with third-party vendors, including tag agencies
  • Utilize Auto Driveawayโ€™s technology tools and system integrations to ensure data accuracy and transaction completion
  • Ensure work is completed correctly, consistently, and in compliance with established processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • Previous office, administrative, or data-entry experience required
  • Experience working in a computer-based office environment with sustained focus and accuracy
  • Background or exposure to DMV, titling, registration, automotive, or transportation processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
