Lieu : Vaudreuil-Dorion (en présentiel)
Horaire : Quart de soir, de 16 h à 1 h

À propos du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en logistique et opérations motivé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour se joindre à notre équipe pour la période estivale. Relevant du gestionnaire des opérations, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien et l’optimisation de nos activités de transport routier. Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion d’acquérir une expérience concrète dans un environnement logistique dynamique, tout en contribuant au bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.
Responsabilités principales

  • Participer à la planification et à l’optimisation des itinéraires de transport;
  • Assister à la coordination des opérations quotidiennes de collecte et de livraison;
  • Effectuer le suivi des expéditions et mettre à jour les statuts dans les systèmes internes;
  • Communiquer avec les chauffeurs, les clients et les équipes internes afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations;
  • Préparer et traiter les documents de transport (bons de livraison, connaissements, etc.);
  • Contribuer à la résolution des enjeux opérationnels tels que les retards et les contraintes logistiques;
  • Participer au suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et à leur analyse;
  • Prendre part aux initiatives d’amélioration continue;
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et des réglementations en vigueur;
  • Fournir un soutien administratif et opérationnel général.
Profil recherché
  • Étudiant(e) en logistique, transport, gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Fort intérêt pour le secteur du transport et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement;
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en gestion du temps;
  • Solides capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
  • Bonnes compétences en communication (français et anglais);
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Connaissance d’un système de gestion du transport (TMS), un atout.
