Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: North Georgia – In-Person
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Start Date: Immediate

Compensation:

  • Full-time: $90,000 annually ($40/hour) + full benefits

  • Part-time: Up to $60/hour at 28 hours per week

The organization operates a 24/7 Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), offering crisis walk-in, observation, and stabilization services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and clinically supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Health Services Technicians (HSTs) in a 24/7 IDD crisis stabilization unit.

  • Conduct crisis evaluations and implement de-escalation strategies for individuals experiencing psychotic breaks and physical aggression.

  • Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) based on data collection and client assessments.

  • Train staff on behavior management, crisis intervention, and restraint techniques as needed.

  • Provide direct client care and oversee treatment strategies in crisis and outpatient settings.

  • (Full-Time Only) Assist in overseeing the autism program at the outpatient center, working with youth (ages 0-21, primarily middle to high school students).

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral analysis and crisis intervention.

  • Experience supervising RBTs preferred.

  • Strong background in de-escalation, crisis management, and working with individuals in acute distress.

  • Must be comfortable handling physical aggression and restraints when necessary.
